Payments are made once your booking request is accepted and must be paid before your appointment.
Refunds are only issued for cancelled appointments. Please note that all cancelled appointments are subject to a cancellation fee, meaning you will receive a partial refund.
Consultations can be arranged directly through our messaging feature. Simply reach out to your stylist to discuss your needs, ask questions, ect.
Stylist FAQs
Your earnings will be deposited into the bank account you have listed in the Wallet section. Payouts are processed within 2-4 business days after completing your services.
